The God of All Nations

The God of All Nations

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the  ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul – Genesis 2:7

In the beginning, the world was without form and void, indicating there was no general structure, emptiness, no life. God took nothing and spoke life; first day light was created, second day the firmament, third day the seas, land and vegetation, fourth day the sun, moon and stars. The fifth day he created the sea and the animals that lives in the sea. The sixth day God created the animals of the earth and man, who He called Adam.  At the creation of Adam, man did not have a soul, but he became a soul after God breathed the breath of life in him.

Every creature God created had a mate except for Adam. It was God that said, man shouldn’t be alone, so God created Adam a wife. Although both were called Adam in the Garden of Eden, God made a distinguished between the male and female. Adam called his wife Eve - And Adam called his wife’s name Eve; because she was the mother of all living – Genesis 3:20.God made man to produce the seed, and the woman was to carry the seed to reproduce life. Man cannot produce a child without a woman being involved, neither can a woman produce a child without a man, it has to be a man and a woman to reproduce life the way God created life to be reproduced.

God instructed Adam not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, if he would eat of the tree, he would die (spiritually). Adam must have instructed his wife as God instructed him due to; when the serpent talked to Eve, she told him what God said, and added to what God instructed. Adam and Eve’s disobedience  made Satan to be the god of the world, their disobedience brought in sin. After the fall of Adam and Eve, God placed at the east of the garden of Eden,  a Cherubim, and a flaming sword to guard the tree of life.

After Adam and Eve left the Garden of Eden, Eve gave birth to Cain and Abel. Cain was jealous of his brother and murdered Abel.  Adam lived a hundred and thirty years and had another son, he called Seth. Seth had children; ten generations prior to the birth of Noah.

Noah was the second head of the human race after the fall of Adam. Because of the wickedness of mankind, God destroyed everything upon the earth except for Noah and his family. God instructed Noah to build an Ark and he and his family was going to be saved from the flood. Noah, and his three sons; Shem, Ham and Japeth and their wives and Noah’s wife abided in the Ark to after the flood.

After the flood, Noah built an altar and sacrificed every clean beast and fowl, and offered a burnt offerings on the altar to the Lord. The only other offering mentioned prior to Noah’s; is when Cain and Abel offered their offerings. God blessed Noah and his sons, and instructed them to be fruitful and replenish the earth.

Noah sons Japheth, Ham and Shem  had children.  Japheth had seven sons, and he was the  grandfather of seven grand-sons. Ham had four sons and the grand-father of nine grand-sons.   The son’s of Noah populated the earth which also brough forth different nations. Ham’s grand-son’s, sons’ populated the earth which produced the Philistines, Canaanites, Jebusites, Amorites, Gigashites, Hivites, Arkite, Sinite, Arvadite, Zemarite and the Hamathite.  Shem had nine sons, one grand-son, and  one  great-grandsons, two great-great grand-sons and thirteen great-great-great grand-sons. During this time, people were living to be two hundreds years old and older. Nahor who is the father of  Terah lived to be nine hundred and twenty years, Terah is the father of Abraham.  The nations were divided after the flood, and the lanugage was changed when they tried to build a tower to Heaven (Genesis 11:6 – And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have one language: and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do). V:8 So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city).

The people were one nation and one language and they came together in unity with a purpose to build the tower of  Babel. It was God who changed their language, and because they couldn’t understand one another, they stop building the tower, and each group went into a different country. This was a good example to prove what people can do when they have the same mind set, the same goal, whether its good or evil what they can accomplish.

Today there are more than three thousand languages and dialects, and with these different languages and dialects  are also different religion which is different from Christianity. In the beginning it was God and at the end there will be God, and He is the God of the universe of every nation. When the nations rejected God and His ordiance that’s when the different religion began. When God called Abraham, He called him from a nation that was serving pagan gods. God instructed Abraham to leave his country, family and his father’s house, and God would direct him to another land. Abraham’s family practiced idolatry according to Joshua 24:2.

In the beginining was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  There is no other religion or books on religion other than the Bible that  actually changes a person’s  life. The Bible is the word of God, and He communicated it to humanity through the scriptures, using human writers, employing their individual personalities and styles to produce divinely authoritative and inerrant writings. The Bible wasn’t created for one race of people, but for all nations; because all nations were created by God, it was the different nations who created their god, just as Aaron created a golden calf for the children of Israel to worshiper while Moses was in the mountain talking with God. They knew it wasn’t the golden calf they created who delivered them from the hands of Pharaoh. It was God who turned Moses rod to a serpent and ate the serpents of the sorcers and magicians of Pharaoh. It was God who made the rivers and land of Egypt to blood. It was God who plagued the Egyptians with frogs, plagued them with lice, flies, plagued the cattle and gave the Egyptians boils. Plagued the Egyptians with hail, plague of locusts and plague of darkness because Pharaoh didn’t want to let God’s people to go from Egypt. There is no other book other than the Bible who describes the different event that took place, by a living and Holy God. If the word of God is taken to heart, its the only book that can actually make a change in your life spiritually. Oh yes, people can change when they have a mind to do so, but if it’s not in the heart and sustained by the word of God, it will not last.

Of all the different gods the nations serve, there is only one God, the Creator of all nations who created everything that is breathing. It was God who created man-kind and it is He that has given every living human, instructions how to serve Him (Deuteronomy 5:11-21) We don’t suppose to serve men, animals, stars, moons, anything or anyone other than God.

There is no other way we can come to God, but by believing He is God and Jesus is the Son of God. Self-Help books will not give you access to God. Commiting rituals and attending church does not make you a child of God, the Bible instructs, the individual has to be born-again (John 3:5 – Jesus answered, verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. (Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none f his.

Satan which is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who believe not, because they reject the word of God. How can you serve a god that never answers your prayer? How can you read a book that doesn’t change you spiritually or motivate you to search out the Bible to see whether or not it’s true? We cannot serve God by wishful thinking, but in spirit. We are spiritual beings and we have to serve and worship God in spirit and in truth. We cannot live according to the world’s standards, but by the instructions, God has given us in His holy word, the Bible.

When you really seek God from your heart, He will answer (Jeremiah 29:13 – and ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart).

We are the creation of God, and He is looking for a holy people, vessels of honor to worship Him in spirit and in truth. The only way we can come into the presence of God, is through living a holy life which means separated from the world’s standards; prayer, fasting, reading and studying the word of God and applying it to our hearts in our daily walk.

We’re blaming God for the way the world is today, but it’s not God, it’s us. We’re not living according to His word (2nd Chronicles 7:14 – If my people which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land).

Search the scriptures, and you will find life. Pray and seek His face, and you will find Him!

John 8:32 -  And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
