Pray Before You Faint

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not (Galatians 6:9).

Sometimes it seems as though our prayers aren’t being answered, and it can become discouraging, but know that every time you make an effort to pray, God will be there listening. Faint is to lose faith that God will answer your prayer. No matter how long you have been praying, keep on praying. Waiting will give you patience, it will build your faith, it will also mature you to receive what God has for you.  We cannot have faith and doubt at the same time. Jesus told His disciples to believe for whatever they had prayed for they will receive, that same word Jesus gave His disciples goes for us today. As Christians, we know not to pray for anything that is against God’s will, but when we pray His Word, that is His will. He wants you to have a business if that’s your desire. He wants you to be employed and not looking for hand-outs. He wants your spirit, mind, and body to be healed, that is why He came to set the captive free. He wants you to be married if that is your desire.

He promised He would perfect the things that concern us. What concerns you, concerns Him! Don’t allow Satan to fill your head with lies, saying “God doesn’t care”, just as an earthly father is concerned about his child well-being, so is our Heavenly Father.  When doubt comes, step up your prayer, pray to doubt leaves. Doubt is a spirit and it doesn’t come from God, but the father of lies, so if it doesn’t magnify God, it has to go, and it goes by prayer. A consistent prayer life will keep your faith motivated!

Faith and prayer move the hand of God, and doubt and fear give Satan power to destroy your faith, destroy your blessing. Sometimes when the test, trial or issue is so intense, you have to praise God until you release the army of God to fight on your behalf. Praise God until your inner-man is saying yes Lord, Your will be done in me and in this situation. Don’t faint, PRAY!

So much is happening in the world today becaue the Bible is fulfilling the prophecy, and we as Christians can’t faint in our faith. Prayer and praise builds our faith in God and not in what we see hear or feel. Prayer and praise can be done throughout the day, in this you’re building a shield of protection to protect you from the darts Satan sends to question your faith, to remove you from your place in God.

It only takes a second to thank God, it only takes a few seconds or minutes to pray for someone. Short prayers is just as powerful as long prayers when its done from the heart! If you have prayed in faith, but you don’t see the answer, don’t despair, first check to see what you’re praying for lines up with the Word of God; secondly, check up on your praise life. Do you only praise God when you receiving blessings? Can you praise and adore Him when you don’t see a blessing?

Daily God gives us new mercy, new benefits, just to open your mouth and make a sound is blessing and enough to thank Him. Seeing your surroundings is a blessing and enough to give a praise to Him. Walking around your house, and not living outdoors is a praise break. When you hear about someone in need or have been harmed in any form is a time of prayer. Its always something to pray about and praise about, build your spirit in prayer and praise and you will be able to conquer your fears, destroy oppression, suppression and depression, these are spirits that didn’t come from God and they can be destroyed through the Spirit of God that lives in you companied with prayer and praise!
