And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ 1st Thessalonians 5:23

Jesus came to earth in peace, and when He returns, He will be returning with the wrath of God to judge those who forsake the laws of God. Money, intellect, popularity will not be able to stop the judgement of God.

Every day we live, we’re a day closer to the return of Jesus or death. Each day we live, we’re closer to one or the other. As professing Christians, we should know the word of God and live by the word of God. Jesus is returning for His church, and the church has to be blameless. The spirit, soul and body are not distinct parts of a person, it’s indicating, God must be involved in every aspect of our lives. We can’t serve Him on Sunday, and Monday through Saturday we’re living according to our desire. Everyday is holy and it’s a day the Lord has made, and we should live holy in it. The only way we can live a life that is absent from practicing sin, we have to indwell within of the Holy Spirit, giving us the desire to want to live holy and giving us the power to do so.

As people, we will make mistakes, but as Christians, we shouldn’t be practicing sin. Mistakes and sins are two different actions, one is a blunder, the other one is meant to be. Read the Bible, follow its instructions and live to be able to look forward to the coming of our Lord and Savior.
