Grace

The Lord upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all that be bowed down – Psalm 145:14

Sometimes our burdens seem more than we can bear, and we wonder how we can go on. At our lowest point of despair, the Grace of God comes and strengthen our faith. He is a God that keeps His promises, He will never leave or forsake us.

God is our great burden-bearer. God is the only one that can really feel what we’re feeling, and He will give us the strength we need to go through whatever life issues. Christianity does not mean we’re exempt from feeling despair, hurt, not knowing what to do or when to do it. This is why God has instructed us not to lean-to our own understanding, but in all of our ways to acknowledge Him (Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not to thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths – Proverbs 3:5-6).

There is nothing more powerful than the God we serve. The earth is the Lord and everything in it belongs to God. In order to trust God, our faith has to be that of a child. A child will trust their parents, knowing their parents have their best interest at heart. God loves us much more than our parents can ever love us. He can do for us what our parents or no one else can do for us. God knows our frailty as humans, and He will never allow anything to destroy us. Whatever the burden is, we must place our confidence and trust in God. He knows the beginning and the ending and whatever else is in between. He’s the God that will fight our battle and will not lose. He’s the God that turns the doctor’s diagnoses to healing, He’s the God that can calm a tormented mind. He’s the God that removes debt. He’s the God that will come in a divorce court and reconcile. He’s the God that can touch the heart of our children and give them a spirit of obedience.

He’s the God that never fails!
