If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land – 2nd Chronicles 7:14.

Heavenly Father, we come to You, asking for forgiveness of our sins. Forgive us for we have sinned against You by not praying as we should. Give us a praying spirit, help us to seek Your face daily through prayer and reading Your written Word. Search our hearts, remove anything that doesn’t line up with Your Word. Give us a clean heart, renew a right spirit within us. Write Your Words upon the table of our minds and our hearts. Give us spiritual discernment of Your Word, help us to apply Your Word to our life daily.

Look upon us and have mercy, restore Your people back to You, restore our hearts to You, restore godliness and holiness to Your people. Restore our prayer life, restore commitment and dedication to You. Restore a hunger and thirst after righteousness. Restore to us the faith that was once given to the saints of old. Restore hope, restore the anointing, restore our love for You and Your people. We pray for the Fruit of the Spirit to be manifested in us and through us, make us vessels You can use anytime and anywhere. Help us to be  a light to a dark world, help us to have unconditional love for Your people. Help us to live a life that the world will see You in us.

We pray for Your protection around about the children and the elderly. Keep them from stray bullets, keep them from harm and danger. Cancel out the plan the adversary would use to come against them. Help the children to excel academically. Keep our college students from ungodly influences, help them to present their bodies as living sacrifices. Look upon the elderly and widows, strengthen them, console them and protect them. Supply their medical and financial needs, remove loneliness, give them friends that will have their best interest at heart.

We pray for every marriage that represent Your Word, one woman to one man, and one man to one woman, remove everything that shouldn’t be in the marriage, place what’s needed in the marriages to make them whole and bountifully. Give disobedience children a spirit of obedience. Return every run-away child home to their parent, help grand-parents that are rising their children’s children. Open doors of employment for those whose seeking employment. Deliver Your people that are bound, set the captive free, strengthen the weak, and heal those who are sick. Empower our spiritual leaders, and soften the hearts of our world leaders, give them a do right heart and a do right mind.

Free those who have been incarcerated for crimes they didn’t commit, and those who committed crimes but got away with it, Lord be their judge. Bless the homeless, give them shelter and a place of rest. Bless our professional medical caregivers, continue to give them wisdom and knowledge, bless them and their families. Protect Your people from seen and unseen danger. We ask these prayers in the matchless name of Your Son, Jesus!
