The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers (channels) of water; He turneth it whithersoever He will (wishes) Proverbs 21:2

Kings possessed absolute authority and were often considered like gods. God’s throne is in heaven, and earth is His footstool. He rules in heaven as well as on earth. At the names of Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven and in earth. Every spirit whether its in heaven or in the earth realm must come subject to the name of Jesus.

Every authority figure as well as every individual is a spirit and our spirit must come subject to the King of spirits. When we become subject to the Word of God, and we pray asking God to turn the heart of man, God can and He will. God changed the heart of King Nebuchadnezzar, and as He changed His heart, He will change anyone’s heart, if we continue to pray for their salvation and deliverance; God will answer our prayer.
