Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give the light – Ephesians 5:14.
There are three types of death: one is physical, when the spirit leaves the body; the second is when one is spiritually dead, meaning he or she is not connected to the Spirit of God. The third death is the second death when we will be judged by the true and righteous King, the master, Jesus!
When we think of death, we think of someone who has physically passed, but the Bible indicates the living as dead until they have been reborn of the Spirit of God. Death is to have no life, without feeling, motion, or power. Most people believe in good and evil, but many don’t believe there is a God and Satan. God is a Spirit, and Satan is a spirit, and neither one can be seen with the natural eye. Both will use a physical body as one submits to them.
The majority of people look at the things that are seen rather than the things that are not seen (While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which aren’t seen are eternal – 2nd Corinthians 4:18). Look means to “to keep one’s eyes on”, to consider or to contemplate. Most people are living for the moment rather than for the future.
If they can’t see it, they think they can’t be affected by it, but we are either being used by God or Satan, and many are being used by both as they submit to the influence. Yes, there are many good people, but just because they are good does not mean they will enter heaven. Many volunteers give their money and time to various organizations and countries, but this does not make them righteous. The righteousness of God is a righteousness that comes from God; it is God’s way of making sinners right or just before Him.
Satan has influenced people to believe there is no God or hell. He influences some that they can live any way they want and when they die they will go to heaven because God loves them so much He would not allow them to go to a place that will continue to burn for eternity (In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them – 2nd Corinthians 4:4. Satan is the god of this world, and he rules. He can’t be seen, but he can influence and make things happen as he pleases because God has given him permission to rule the earth after he was kicked out of heaven.
Everyone was born in sin, but not everyone will be born-again Christians because each person has been given free will by God to choose who and where they want to spend eternity. Because of the influence of Satan and his co-host, many will choose Hell because of their faith that there is no heaven or hell, God or Satan. Faith is what you believe or don’t believe. In order for one to be delivered from the bondage of Satan, they have a choice to believe in the Son of God and salvation through Him and Him only.
There are many people who profess to be Christians, but their lifestyle does not coincide with the Word of God (He that saith, I know him and keepeth, not his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in Him – 1st John 2:4). God has given us an instruction book that will change the lives of those who will accept by faith His written Word called the Bible.
The walking dead are those who are walking, breathing, talking, and dead spiritually. They have no spiritual life. Many choose religion because there is no obligation to live holy before a holy God. Many attend church Sunday after Sunday, and they have not given themselves to the Lordship of Christ.
Singing in the choir, but committing fornication and sometimes adultery. Preaching and teaching, but whoremonging. Prophesying and confused about their gender. Musicians playing in secular events bring their music into the church. Ushering, but discriminating against those entering the house of worship who look or dress differently from others. Darkness in the congregation and the Spirit of God is not entering the sanctuary because of the sin.
We can’t live our lives according to the secular world. Jesus died for our sins to reconcile us to the Father. He didn’t die so that we could continue in our sins! It’s holiness; there is no in-between. Read your Bible. His books tell us about His Son, who gave His life so that we might have life. It gives instructions on how to accept salvation and how to live a Christian life. It gives instructions on how to bypass hell and enter heaven. It gives instructions on how to please the Father, how to have an enjoyable life here on earth by submission to His written instructions, and a promise to live with the Father and Son forever.

The Walking Dead
