His Mercy

Warrior

No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a solider – 2nd Timothy 2:4.

 Our warfare is not against each other, but it’s against spiritual wickedness. In order for a soldier to conquer, he or she must have their armor on, our spiritual armor is being girded with truth, having on the breastplate of righteousness, our feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, having the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God.  Prayer and fasting, binding and loosing the Word of God against every evil and wicked way.

The Pool of Bethesda

Now there is a Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue, Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel went down a certain season in the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had – John 5:2-4.

Life brings issues, disease, and dis-ease. Dis-ease is different from disease. Diseases such as am illness in general, any harmful condition that attacks the mind, or body. Whereas dis-ease is when there is no sickness in the body, but the person may be struggling in their emotions, finances, or relationship, they may be restless, miserable, and upset.
