For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears. And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables – 2nd Timothy 4:3-4.
Preaching is the God-ordained means to prevent defection from the truth. Teachers who appeal to itching ears tell people what they want to hear, not what they need to hear. Opposition
In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the knowledging of the truth – 2nd Timothy 2:25
People have the right to decide whether or not they want to accept Christianity. We can’t make anyone accept Jesus, nor should we hound them about receiving salvation. Pushing people to accept Christianity only pushes them away from salvation. We’re not to condone their sins, but through loving kindness draw them to the Savior. Read More

Temple of the Lord
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own – 1st Corinthians 6:19
Israel’s first temple was a portable tabernacle in the wilderness that Moses was directed to construct so that God could dwell among His people.
