To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven – Ecclesiastes 3:1

Time is every moment there has ever been or ever will be, and our commitment to time is important. There is a time to pray, a time to fast, a time to read the Bible as well as studying scriptures if we want the power of God to be in manifestation in our lives.

Attending church and never taking the time to fellowship with the Lord will cause one to be stagnant spiritually. Wisdom comes by spending time in God’s word. As we have a consistent prayer life as well as daily reading the word of God, He gives us more revelation of His word. Scriptures we have read for years with  lack of understanding will have clarity and revelation. God speaks to us through His written word. When we pray, we should pray with an understanding and with scriptures. Spiritual warfare comes with living the scripture as well as speaking the scriptures to the adversary with the word of God. If we don’t take the time to read and study His word, how would we know what to pray to remove demonic spirits from our presence? How would we know what belongs to us as believers of Jesus if we don’t take the time to pray, and read the word of God?

Reading and studying the word of God will get the word of God engraved in our hearts, spirit and mind. When trouble and different situations come in our life, the word of God will speak to our mind, heart and spirit and bring peace, bring faith and determination. Fasting breaks down and destroys our carnal behavior and thinking. In order to be possessors of the kingdom, we must spend time with the King of the kingdom and know the instructions of the kingdom.  We give time to everything and everybody, take the time with the Creator of time.
