Prayer Is A Mandate

Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent (attentive) unto the prayers that is made in this place – 2nd Chronicles 7:15.

Solomon’s prayer to God was when the people of God came together into the sanctuary that God would hear the prayers. God no longer dwells in tabernacles and tents, but He dwells in the body of the believer who has sanctified themselves to Him.
