We need to be aware of true spiritual life and practicing our walk in the Spirit that we can help and encourage one another in its pursuit. The world at large teaches what is calls “spiritual” things, the are really emotional things. The Scripture is clear that before we trust Christ and are born again, our spirits are fatally flawed. We are “dead in trespasses and sin. We have emotions and aspirations, even a hunger for spiritual things, but our spirits are dead without Christ. That is the reason why so many false religions and philosophies are existing. We must study the Word of God to receive correct spiritual information. We must respond to that information positively to walk in true spiritual life instead of spiritual death. Read More

Oh, God how great is Your name, Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, holy and righteous God. To the One and only wise God, the God of yesterday, today and forever! Mighty in strength and power, God of all flesh and all spirits, we come to You giving thanks for Your wonderful acts towards us. Thank You for life and supplying our needs. Thank You for even giving us the desires of our hearts, thank You for being with us daily. Thank You for healing our bodies, comforting our souls and giving peace to our minds. Read More

The Cross

And you being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quicken (made alive) together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses. Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross – Colossians 2:13-14.

As Christians, we have the privileges through the Jews rejection of Jesus Christ and the gospel to be children of God. Through Jesus’ death is our life. A state of sin is a state of spiritual death. As the death of the body is the corruption of it,  so sin is the corruption of the souls. Read More
