The mind can’t fathom the things God have in store for us on earth as well as the new Jerusalem. We’re sojourning here on earth, earth is not our home, but as we journey here, we go through trials and tribulations, encounter disappointments and hurts. If we continue in the faith, not staggering at the promise, not losing our prayer life, not losing our praise, not losing our submission to the word of God, we shall receive the blessings of the Lord on earth as well as the world to come. He staggered (wavered) not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong (strengthened) in faith, giving glory to God – Romans 4:20
