Communion

And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, “Take eat, this my body, which is broken for you, this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying “This cup is the new testament in my blood, this do ye as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink of this cup, ye do show the Lord’s death till he come (1st Corinthians 11:24-26). Communion is the distinctive symbol of Christian worship instituted by the Lord prior to His death. Taking communion is the believer’s outward expression of their appreciation of Jesus’s sacrifice, taken in fellowship with Him and with one another. Communion is sacred and it should be reverence when taken. Whenever we take communion and we’re in division, disunity, envying and strife with each other, we’re not in reverence of the body of Christ. The body of Christ should be in unity; Jesus and the Father isn’t warring against each other, and neither should the body of Christ. We do communion by the ordinance of man, taking communion on the 1st Sunday, when He has instructed “As often as we take it” as the disciples minister from house to house, the broke bread indicating they were taking communion daily. Communion should be taking with reverence and other than the 1st Sunday as well as purposing in our hearts to present our bodies as living sacrifices, holy and acceptable to God.

Prayer of Submssion

Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy status, and  I shall keep it unto the end. Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law, yea I shall observe it with my whole heart. Make me to go in the path of thy commandments, for therein do I delight. Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness. Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity: and quicken thou me in thy way. Establish thy work unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear. Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good. Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness – Psalm 119:33-40  The promises of God, is that He will give us the desires of our heart, and if we really desire this prayer to be manifest in us, the prayer will be answered. Our desires should be focus on heavenly things and not the things of the world. This world will be coming to end as the the Lord return for His saints, the body of Christ must be a prepared people waiting on the Lord’s return. Those who have not accept Jesus as their Savior, salvation is free to all, all you have to do is confess your sins, repent and believe in your heart, Jesus is the Son of God and He died in order for you to live. God and His Son loves everyone, but they don’t love or condone the sin, the wages of sin is death both naturally and spiritually. Jesus came that we may have life and that more abundantly.

God Eyes

For the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for  men looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart – 1st Samuel 16:7b Many times we look on the outward appearance of a person, and what is showing on the outside is not what’s going on in the inside. According to the Word of God out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. The Bible indicates the heart is desperately wicked, and no one can no the heart except the Lord. When we give ourselves to the Lord, He destroys the wickedness in our hearts, and change our heart to produced life. What’s in a person heart can cause naturally and spiritual death, but God can take a wicked heart and change it to His heart. Every Christian should desire to have the heart of God, and when we do, we can love like God without having unconditional love.
