Self Control

He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city – Proverbs 16:32

Usually people who can control their anger is called a push-over or a passive person. It takes more energy to control ones tongue, and emotions rather than saying what’s on their mind and emotions.
