Covenant

Yet ye say, wherefore? Because the Lord hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously, yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant Malachi 2:14  – Divorce in these times was practiced exclusively by men. They broke faith with their wives and ignored the bonding between a husband and a wife that God had declared(the two become one person); God’s purpose for this was for them to raise children who would love God. God ordained marriage between a woman and a man to be together with one spouse until one of them die. God’s purpose for marriage wasn’t for us to change spouses as though we were changing clothing. Marriage is a contract between two people and God.  Divorce shouldn’t be the issue unless one of the spouses has committed adultery or is abusive. God will never tell a spouse to divorce their spouse   because He has someone else for them, this lie came from Satan and the spouses’s selfish desire. Christians should know the voice of God and the voice of Satan; God holds us responsible for the way we treat our spouse (And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you -Ephesian 4:32)

Name of Jesus

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things (those)  in heaven, and things (those) in earth, and things (those) under the earth. Philippians 2:10  – There is no other name one can be saved by, but by the name of Jesus neither is there any other name we may use to fight in the spirit, but the name of Jesus. As Christians, we must come to an understanding how powerful the name of Jesus is. We can’t get a prayer answered without asking in the name of Jesus. God recognize the name of Jesus and so does Satan and his imps. We’re are in a spiritual battle and the weapons we use should be the name of Jesus and the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God.

Answered Prayers

God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that He should repent: hath He said, and shall he not do it? Or hath He spoken, and shall He not make it good? Numbers 23:19 God is truth, He cannot lie; the Bible is God’s spoken Word placed in written form for us to read Him when we can’t  feel or hear Him. Throughout the Bible God has given us promises and instructions for our life, it’s our choice to discover what He has given us through His written Word. Healing, provisions, protection, comfort and peace are the benefits of the saints. God has promised whatever you desire when you pray, believe you have received it and you shall have it. When we pray according to the Word of God, we should have confidence He heard our prayer and He will answer our prayers. Every Word of God is true whether its blessings or discipline, His Word will not return to Him void.
