And a certain woman which had an issue of blood twelve years. And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse – Mark 5:25-26.

It’s difficult when you’re going through something, and before you can get through what you’re going through, something else happens, or what you’re going through begin to get worse. What do you do, have faith!

Jesus was on His way to heal Jairus’ daughter when He came in contact with a woman who had faith to receive healing. The woman had an issue with blood for twelve years, meaning she was flowing for twelve years. The first miracle was she was alive to touch Jesus’ garment.

The woman had spent all of her money with different physicians, and they could not heal her of her issue. Not only could they not heal her, but her issue was getting worse. She heard about Jesus and the miracles He had performed.

The crowd had gathered to see Jesus; the Bible states they thronged Him, stressing that people were physically being pushed up against Jesus. Although they were pushing against Him, touching Him, the Bible does not indicate that none of them were healed, but the woman with the issue of blood.

The woman said to herself, if I can touch the hem of His garment, I will be made whole. After spending all her money trying different physicians and not receiving her healing, she decided to try Jesus. She had faith that she would be healed, and after touching His garment, she was made whole; she was immediately healed from the issue of blood.

God has not changed, don’t allow the crowd of doubt and unbelieve crowd your mind for receiving healing. God still does miracles; He has not changed neither has His Word. If you believe in God, believe in His Word. Speak the Word of God to your body, family, and circumstances.

Faith moves God, and He’s looking for those who will hold on to the horns of the altar until they see a change in their lives and families. Meaning they will not give in to doubt and unbelieve. Find Scriptures that meet your circumstance and hold on to that Scripture or Scriptures. Repeat God’s Word to Him, speak God’s Word into the atmosphere, and let the demons and devils hear you speak God’s Word in faith.

The problem is that too many Christians want immediate results, and sometimes it is not immediate. Look at the woman with the issue of blood for twelve years. The woman who was bent over for eighteen years, but when the appointed time for them to receive their healing, they received it.

We must accept reality, but faith overrides reality. You know what the doctors have said; you know what your bank account is saying. You know your marriage is in trouble, and your children have gone astray, but what does the Word of God say about your circumstance?

There is a Scripture for every circumstance, every situation, every problem, and every dilemma. Read God’s Word, and look at it the way you look at your cell phone.
