And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness – Ephesians 4:24.
Holiness is the characteristic and behavior of the Father and Son. It’s a separation of the world’s actions. It’s to be dedicated to God, spirit, soul, and body.
When man was created in the Garden of Eden, he was created in the image of God and the Son (And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth – Genesis 1:26). Man was created in holiness, although sin was in the Garden of Eden by Satan who had been kicked out of heaven unto earth. He used the serpent to influence Eve to eat of the forbidden fruit and Eve influenced Adam to eat. Sin didn’t have dominion over humanity until Adam and Eve disobeyed the instructions of God and gave their authority to Satan.
Because of the wickedness of humanity, God sent a flood to destroy everything He had created; only eight souls survived the flood because of the obedience of Noah. Noah was the last of the pre-Flood patriarchs and the builder of the ark that survived the great flood. He was 600 years old when the Flood began and lived to be 950 years old.
Noah preached years prior to the flood; but humanity wouldn’t listen just as they are today. God always used people that would dedicate themselves to Him to lead and teach others His laws and precepts. God hasn’t changed neither has His Word.
People pursue careers, education, fame, and spouses, but when it comes to the things of God, they will just give Him anything and call it worship. God has given instructions in how He wants His people to serve Him and worship Him (God is a Spirit and they that worship Him must worship him in spirit and in truth – John 4:24). We can’t worship God in spirit and truth unless we have received the Holy Spirit (Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shell He speak: and He will show you things to come – John 16:13).
Many professing Christians have yet to receive the Holy Spirit, so they can not participate in the world’s actions. Holiness is for every denomination, there is no other way we can serve and worship God but by holiness. He has instructed us not to love the world, if so, the love of the Father is not in us (Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life is not of the Father, but is of the world – 1st John 2:15-16. The lust of the flesh refers to desires for sinful sensual pleasure. The lust of the eyes refers to covetousness or materialism. The pride life refers to being proud about one’s position in this world.
Most Christians only read their Bible when they are at church. They have not grown spiritually, their at the same stage they were when they first received salvation. If we don’t bear fruit, we’re like the nonbeliever and we will be sent to hell just like the nonbeliever (Not every one that saith unto Me Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven: but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven – Matthew 7:21). We can’t follow the instructions if we don’t know the instructions, just professing to be a Christians and not following the instructions will send you to hell.
Christians follow Snapchat, Facebook, Messenger, and TikTok, but they will not read their Bible, so they can follow the instructions. Reading the Bible will make one to know God and His character. It will give one instructions how to bypass hell and go to heaven. Everything you need to know about God and Christianity is in the Bible.
Reading the Bible feeds our spirit. Whatever you feed the most will be the one that will dominate. If you pour all the stuff of the world in your spirit that is what will be manifested. If you feed your spirit the things of God that’s what will be in manifestation.
Christians have the DNA of the Father, and that is what should be on display. The Fruit of the Spirit should be in manifestation: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance. None of this Fruit can be manifested by ourself will, it can only be produced by God and Him living within our being.
Prayer keeps us connected to the Father, and it assists us to see what is in us that needs to be improved and removed (Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your ownselves. Know ye not your ownselves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates – 2nd Corinthians 13:5). If Jesus lives within us, we’re not the same, we have became a new creation in Him (Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away, behold, all things are become new – 2nd Corinthians 5:17). If we’re still living the lifestyle we were before excepting salvation then we are carnal Christians, and carnal Christians are an enemy of God.
We can’t serve God and live a lifestyle of debauchery (For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be – Romans 8:6-7). Seek God with your whole heart, and you will find Him. Prayer should be daily, not just when we want something from God.
To pursue God is to pray, fast, read and study His Word and apply the instructions to our lives daily. Attend church where we can be taught the principals of God as well as keeping the instructions of the Word of God (Not forsaking the assemble of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching – Hebrews 10:25). Attend Sunday School, this is where you learn your basics and get grounded in the Word of God. Attend Bible Study; you can’t grow spiritually attending one service a week. You can’t live off of one meal a week, what makes you think you can grow spiritually with one day of ministering?
Jesus is returning, and He’s returning for His church. When He returns, we must be living a Christian lifestyle; if not, we will be left behind to go through the Great Tribulation. Some will not make it through the Tribulation Period because of the horrific things that will be happening. While you have the chance now, take time read and study the Bible and apply its instructions daily.

Pursuing Godliness
And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness – Ephesians 4:24.
