A King’s Heart
The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord as the rivers (channels) of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will (wishes) Proverbs 21:1.
We don’t have earthly kings as we did during the time King Solomon wrote this Proverbs. We do have those that have authority over us both naturally and spiritually that has been given authority to rule over us by natural laws and spiritual laws.
