Ask, and it shall be given you, seek, and ye shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him, that knock it shall be opened (Mathew 7:7-8).
In the Christian community, you will sometimes hear, if you pray more than once for a thing, then you don’t have faith; this misleading information has made many stop contending with God until they receive an answer. In this Scripture, Jesus is telling us to be persistence in our pursuant of God. It’s not like God doesn’t hear our prayers, and it may get discouraging to continue to do right, praying consistently and not see tangible results, but that’s the time we need to continue to pursue Him.

Apostle Paul urges the believers not to form binding relationships with non-believers because it may weaken their Christian commitment, integrity, and standards. We shouldn’t isolate ourselves from unbelievers, but we shouldn’t be running buddies with them either. If we isolate ourselves from unbelievers, how would they be able to see and experience the kingdom of God working through the believer who has a correct relationship with the Holy Spirit? Don’t Lose Your Faith
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen – Hebrews 11:1
Faith is something we can’t see, but issues and circumstances are things we can see and feel. We can either place our faith in what we see and feel, or we can place our faith in what we don’t see, and this will be the key to receiving the answer to prayers.
