Love

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16).

Today is Valentine’s Day and many will feel sad because they don’t have a companion, but God has given us a love that is greater than any love a human can give. Hold up your head, don’t allow Satan to influence you that something is wrong with you. God knew you, prior to you being formed in your mother’s womb. He knows your beginning and ending and what’s in between. You may be alone because God is reserving you for that special someone He has prepared just for you. The gifts, God gives us, are gifts we will treasure, never having an inkling to return it. God’s love is unconditional, human love is conditional. If someone has walked out of your life whether its physically or emotionally, they have done you a favor, God has promised He will perfect those things that concern us, so if they walked out, God allowed it. Fix yourself up, go get your nails and hair done, take yourself out to dinner and a movie, buy yourself a gift and embrace God’s love, peace, and comfort. You’re never alone when you have the Spirit of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit with you.

You want the love that will never die, love that is compassionate at all times even when being in a heated conversation. God has that special person that He will bring to you as He did with Adam when He brought Eve. Waiting works both naturally and spiritually; waiting will cause you to receive the special person God has just for you, and on the spiritual side, it’s working patience (But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire [complete] wanting [lacking] nothing – James 1:4).

Mind of Christ

Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus  (Philippians 2:5).

Mind – To obey, be under the authority, to do as one is told. To give one’ attention,  to be attentive. Jesus mind was to please the Father, He didn’t come to earth with His own agenda, but came to do the will of the Father. Jesus was our example of how we should be as children of God. Some may say, living as a Christian is hard, but that’s opposite of what the Word of God says, the Bible instructs the way of a transgressor is hard (Good understanding giveth {gains} favor: but the way of a transgressor is hard – Proverbs 13:15).  If living as a Christian according to the Bible is hard, it’s only because the individual hasn’t made up their mind or their heart to submit to the Father. The Place Where God Can Be Found

Yet if they bethink (come to themselves) in the land whither they are carried captive, and turn (repent) and pray unto thee in the land of their captivity, saying, we have sinned, we have done amiss, and have dealt wickedly. If they return to thee with all their heart and with all their soul in the land of their captivity, whither they have carried them captives, and pray toward their land, which thou gavest unto their fathers, and toward the city which thou hast chosen, and toward the house which I have built for thy name. Then hear thou from the heavens, even from thy dwelling place, their  prayer, and their supplications, and maintain their cause, and forgive thy people which have sinned against thee – 2nd Chronicles 6:37-39

Attending church services is very important for the believer. It’s a place of refuge, a place of peace, a place of strength, a place where we gather with other believers, touching and agreeing for what we need from God, as well as a place where we can hear from God. Read More
