Covenant

And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed (descendants) after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed (descendants) after thee – Genesis 17:7.

Covenant – An agreement; to promise by a covenant.

We make covenants with people throughout our lives. As teenagers and young adults, we make an agreement with our parents as long as we’re living in their home, we will abide by their rules. As students, we agree to follow the rules and regulations of the school. As an employee, we agree to the guidelines or mission statement of the company. When we marry we make an agreement to keep our wedding vows; and so many times we break our agreement as students, with parents even to our wedding vows. Read More

The man had never seen Jesus, by the time that he gained his sight; he couldn’t tell how Jesus looked, he just knew the person that healed him was called Jesus. Read More

Bible Study – John Chapter 9 Verses 1-10

John 9:1 – And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. After Jesus’ confrontations with the religious leaders and leaving them speechless, He passes by a man that is blind from birth.  Although the Jews had rejected Him as being the Son of God, rejecting the Word of God, assumed Jesus had a devil because they couldn’t understand what He was speaking of spiritually. He did not miss the opportunity of doing good among them.  The cure of this blind man was a kindness to the man and to the public, enabling him to work for his living who before was a charge and burden to the neighborhood.
