Forgivness

And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have aught (anything) against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses (Mark 11:25-26). Forgiveness is easier said than done, but if we choose to submit ourselves to the Word of God, our Heavenly Father will give us a  heart to forgive.  You will know you have forgiven someone when you think about them or someone mentions their name  your emotions will not flare up. Forgiveness is more for the individual that has been hurt rather than the one that committed the hurt. Forgiveness release the individual that has been hurt; they will no  longer be tormented by hurt and anger. Unforgiveness is like carrying a ball and chain, it goes with you everywhere you go and no matter how you try to hide it; it will always be presence and it usually latches out towards someone  who has no idea what is going on with the individual.  Jesus instructed every disciples to forgive in order for their trespasses to be forgiven. When we forgive those that have hurt or wrong us, we will receive such a peace in our mind, heart and spirit. Unforgiveness is like cancer, it will destroy you, mentally and emotionally and it will also cause different sickness and diseases.  It  will also hinder answers to prayers as well as  your relationship with our Heavenly Father. Forgiveness is more powerful than any hurt or wrong someone may have done towards you. Confess forgiveness towards those who have hurt or wronged you; until you feel the manifestation in your emotions. God has promised, we have what we speak (And Jesus said unto them, because  of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you. If you have faith as grain of a mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain;  remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove, and nothing shall be impossible for you. ( Matthew 17:20). Speak to the mountain of unforgiveness and tell it to be removed!

Rainbow

And the bow (rainbow) shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that  is upon the earth (Genesis 9:16).  After the flood, God made a covenant with Noah and Noah’s descendants that He would never again flood the earth. God informed Noah, he would place a rainbow in the clouds so when He saw it, it would bring to His remembrance  the promise He made. Many times after it rain you will see a rainbow, and it should always bring to our remembrance the promise God made towards Noah and all mankind that the earth would never be destroyed by water. God has made so many other covenants with the people of God and it should stay in our memory as the rainbow: Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee (Isaiah 26:3). Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God:  I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; ye I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness (Isaiah 41:10. Therefore I say you, what things soever ye desire when ye pray, believe that ye received them, and ye shall have them (Mark 11:24).  There are so many other promises God has given to His children; read His Word and receive of the promises He has given to you.

Ask

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will and it shall be done unto (for) you. ( John 15:7)  God is a God of His Word, whatever He say He will do, that will He do. Many times the reason why we don’t we receive what we’re asking for is because we are either asking for something that is not good for us, belong to someone else, or it’s not the time. Anytime we’re praying according to the Word of God, our prayers will be answered in God’s timing.  Another reason why our prayers has not been answered is because we’re living our lives according to our desires and not God’s desire. Anytime you submit yourself to the Word of God and you would rather please God rather than yourself, your prayers will be answered because you heart has became the heart of God. You wouldn’t pray for something that doesn’t line up with God’s Word. Don’t worry, don’t lose faith, God will answer your prayers as you continue in the faith. God is obligated to answer your prayers when you live according to His Word. He is obligated as your Father to provide and protect. You can’t receive , if you’re not asking.
