God’s Is On Your Side

When thou passeth through the waters, I will be with thee and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle (scorch) upon thee?                       Isaiah 43:2  Trials and tribulations come to make us strong spiritually.  Naturally, in order for muscles to gain strength, we must exercise, to gain strength spiritually we go through different circumstances that will make us rely on the Lord and not our own strength. No matter what you may be going through, know that God is on your side; if you have surrendered your life to Him. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. No trial or tribulation you go through can stop you, if you placed your trust in the hands of the Master, He will always bring you out with victory!

Spiritual War

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds; casting down imagination (arguments) and every high thing that exalting itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing unto captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. And have in a readiness to revenge (punish) all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled – 2nd Corinthians 10:4.

Christians do not war or fight according to human standards. We do not argue about scriptures or what religion is right. Our weapon is through prayer, and the understanding of God’s Word.  God has not instructed the Christian to fight physically or with words, but with prayer. Read More

Christianity

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right (steadfast) spirit within me. Psalm 51:10 When the word sin appears in the singular, it usually denotes the sin nature of humanity. This sin nature is something everyone possesses, it influences us to sin and is the source of lust. That is why Jesus instructed His disciples that man should always pray. Prayer keeps us connect with God, allowing the Spirit of God to control us rather than sin.
