Having to have the last word doesn’t make a person smart, but when we’re quick to hear and slow to speak, then we’re walking in wisdom. As born-again Christians, we must be aware of our adversary and know when he is using people. We’re not fighting against flesh and blood, but we’re fighting against Satanic influences. Fruit
And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply (perhaps) he might find any thing thereon: and when He came to it, He found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.
